Welcome to the 157th Huron Community Fair! The 2025 Fair Book and rules (Youth and Open Class Divisions) is currently being updates. Once the 2025 Huron Community Fair Book is available, you can find it on the fair's website.
JLA registration for Market Beef (Fats) must be submitted by January 31. FairEntry will open on January 10th and close on January 31st for Market Beef.
All other JLA & SLA registrations for Feeder Steers, Sheep, Swine, Goat, Poultry and Rabbits will open May 1st and close on May 15th.
For currently enrolled 4-H members, all account information from 4-H Online has been integrated into FairEntry, so there is no need to create another family profile in FairEntry. When you login to FairEntry, please select 4-H Online and sign in with your family profile and password to make entry.
For FFA members or Independent exhibitors (not enrolled in 4-H Online) all account information from the previous year will be available and can be edited. If the email and password are known, the family can use that to log in and make entry.
4-H, FFA, or SLA youth members NOT selling animals will pay an annual $5 administrative fee payable to the "Huron Community Fair Youth Program" (HCFYP).
For SLA members selling market animals, the $5 administrative fee will be taken out of their sale check.
The annual $5 administrative fee for JLA members will be paid by the Junior Livestock Association.
All other youth exhibitors (Independents) will pay an annual $25 administrative fee to the fair office.
Adult open class exhibitors will pay an annual $20 administrative fee to the fair office. 4-H volunteer leaders are exempt from this fee.
Please make sure you pay your administrative fees, otherwise you won't receive your wristband until it has been paid.
Payments can be mailed to the Huron Community Fair, P.O. Box 274, Bad Axe, MI 48413, or put in the drop box at the Fair Office at the fairgrounds in Bad Axe.
