Welcome to the 2025 Shenandoah County 4-H/FFA Livestock Show and Sale online entry system!

Rules and other resources for the 2025 4-H/FFA Livestock Show and Sale are on the Virginia Cooperative Extension website: Shenandoah Co. 4-H/FFA Livestock Show and Sale. We also send email to the address you use to register in FairEntry.

Here are some tips for using this system.

• Recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior.
• If you are enrolled in 4-H this year, sign in using your 4honline account. It will automatically have all of your information entered and you just need to add your animals.
• If you are enrolled in FFA only, then sign in through the FairEntry log-in. If you set up an account in FairEntry last year, your information should still be there. Just add animals.
• Register all entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section.
• Be sure to add the correct showmanship class in every species for every exhibitor! If this is your first time showing that species, you should choose either Senior Novice or Junior Novice.
• Be sure to click the “Submit” button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted. This was a big problem last year.
• After you submit your entries online, you must bring or mail a check, payable to "Treasurer,VT" to the Extension Office for your entry fees. We can accept exact change if you pay in cash, but no credit cards can be accepted.
• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries.

If you are having trouble with FairEntry, please call the Extension Office at 540-459-6140. Do not call the Fair Office, as the help videos suggest.
